From Monday 10 January, the Knowsley Gate to Croxteth Country Park will be CLOSED due to the removal of a mature Beech tree that has been condemned due to its condition.
The Liverpool Streetscene team only fell trees where it is absolutely necessary, and this particular tree will be removed with the concerns for visitor health and safety at heart.
We apologise for any inconvenience which the closure of our Knowsley Gate may cause. We suspect the gate will be closed for a few days and will be sure to update our followers on social media when the gate has been reopened.
